Chuck and CEM Capital are an excellent resource for the commercial real estate capital markets. I have worked with them several times in the past and I place high value on Chuck's ability to vet transactions as well as his knowledge of market conditions. I can't even tell you how many deals CEM has handled for my partner's and my holdings. Chuck has handled both take out loans on new acquisitions and several refinances. I'm pretty sure they've all been CMBS loans, which we liken to a three month visit to the proctologist. In every case, Chuck and his team performed seamlessly and on time. I will use CEM again on my next deal . . . and the next.
