The repair person by the name of Marc, who came out, came out the same day repaired our elevator fortunately, he was in the area and was able to do an awesome job in getting our elevator for our elderly parents taken care of. The technician Drew was prompt, very curteous, and dedicated to to thoroughly resolving my elevator issues. He explained everything he did to resolve the issues that I had and answered all my questions without hesitation. My neighbor has problems with his elevator and I will have no problem in recommending Celtic for their repairs.
