My Friend lives here and it is very nice a nice place and nice location peaceful place
Management and maintenance are wonderful. Any help we needed they are right there for us. We love our apartment. It is in a great location and quiet. The complex is not too big, which I like, and there is a mix of ages. It is close to everything we need.
We moved in in May and broke our lease to move out in September because of what an awful experience we had living here. The complex constantly reeked of weed despite their alleged no smoking policy, the trash cans to dispose of dog waste were always overflowing, there was constant loud music/noises and cars/motorcycles revving at all hours of the night, and last but not least someone shot off a firework in the complex that hit a car and burned a hole in the grass in the dog park, we felt extremely unsafe living here.
