The Service Tech Ed was very professional and friendly. He explained everything, although in detail, but in a way that was very understandable to someone without any prior knowledge about air-conditioning and electrical aspects of it. He was quick to accomplish the job, check to make sure our coolant level was good, and cleaned up. I highly recommend Celtic Air, and if you are Lucky you might get Ed, although all their techs are great.
First rate from start to finish. Quickly diagnosed the problem and a solution was quickly & professionally provided.
Jacob was excellent. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how the repair was going to be performed.
Great service... had an issue (our fault)... and they were right on it!! Showed up in less than one hour! Ed took care of it and explained in detail how to manage going forward. Highly recommend!
