Celsius Installed a unit about 5 years ago. It was noisy and clunky from the start. I’m pretty sure it was a used/refurbed unit but sold to us as new. It’s had problems since day 1. But Bob would never repair it. I always had to call other companies in. It totally stopped working in April, I called him again to give him a chance to repair it. (Btw, never expecting him not to charge me, but fairly of course) He only agreed to come by to give me a quote on a whole new AC system and not to repair the heat unit he had installed.... read more
Dishonest company! The experience with this company was bad because the company made a bad diagnostics and than charged $65 without giving a receipt; In Addition they block my phone number after figuring out what there mistake was.
