All of the staff at Ducar & Shepard are very friendly and work hard to make their patients feel welcome and comfortable.
I found Dr. Shepard to be "User Friendly." He was clear in his explanations of my problem, and willing to listen to my long-winded descriptions. He made me feel more comfortable than I had anticipated. His assistant was sympathetic and also a good listener. Everyone was considerate and professional. I felt all the details of the procedure were explained, the communication between staff and patient clear and follow up from them exceded my expectations.
