Great service. I bought several phones here in the past 4 years and they actually repaired a few phones for me that I broke before. I bought a galaxy Note3 from sprint then 3 months after having it I dropped it out of my truck and shattered the screen. Sprint wanted $700 to get another one that's crazy. I went to Cellular Exchange and they can repair it for only $200 which would save me a lot of money. Cant afford to repair it now that Christmas is coming but this a great place when you cant afford buying a new cell phone
I got a Samsung galaxy S2 from Cellular Exchange 5 years ago and it was still working good but I wanted to upgrade to a newer phone about a year ago so I traded in my phone and got the galaxy S4 Active and changed service because my Tmobile service was horrible. Now my service is the best its ever been and my internet is faster than my laptop. I've been buying cell phones from Cellular Exchange for several years. Prices here are less than half the price of buying a new phone. They sell refurbished phones and they also fixed 3 of my phones we had broken by dropping them which is saving me a ton of money and the phones worked perfect still to this day. Now keep in mind these are refurbished phones so they are not brand new that's why you can buy them ALOT cheaper than buying a new one. Charged $25 for looking at my phone knowing it didn't boot up, but said they could still do diagnostic on it; reliable stores do free diagnostic. While waiting asked to see iphone 5s and 4s to compare. They didn't have a 5s, but the salesman did show me his personal iphone 5. After I left and came back to pick up my phone, they tried to sell me a phone, using the $25 towards its purchase.
