Talk about going the extra mile in customer service it's almost as if that's they're speciality...my phone froze up on me this morning in which was my business phone so I went to cellular exchange and Javier said let us take a look at the phone we can run a free diagnostic then he politely passed me over to the master technician named Rob and Rob magically got my phone working in seconds!!!! I appreciate it so very much guys thank you

I always come to Cellular Exchange for all my cell phone needs they sell used cell phones for all carriers they unlock cell phones and they even repaired my cell phone the one time i broke it lol
These guys are great, they were the best value for a cracked screen repair when I needed one. 2 months later when I dropped my phone and the screen was unresponsive, they took a look and got it working again, FOR FREE! Even though it was MY FAULT. Highly recommend for any mobile phone needs!
the worker's there are really nice I bought a galaxy phone and the sim card slot was messed up I just took it in and they replaced it for me for free I would definitely tell my family and friends about cellular exchange they have good deals and lots of phones to chose from I am definitely gonna come back and buy a phone for my daughter!!! :-) :-) :-)

Went in for a screen replacement and had to go back three times. First time it was because of white spots showing up on the screen 1 day later. Man replaced screen and said it happened because of a faulty screen. Second time, more white spots and the screen was super slow to respond, problems occurred within 1 day again. Same man now claiming there is something wrong with my phone. Says he can give me a third screen or refund me my money but put a broken screen back on. I opted for the third screen.
