Service stepped up and warrantied a compressor issue that showed up near the end of it's 10 year warranty. I ordered a referb unit and shipped the broken one back (a bit of a hassle), but it was the best option to get cellar back as soon as possible. As these are similar to an A/C unit that runs year around it's not surprising that some issues show up after a decade.
Sales and service are amazing. Helpful, professional and prompt, they took care of my concerns and addressed all issues in a timely manner. Customer service quickly teams with the CellarPro engineers to solve and remediate issues.
