The food at Cellar 55 was disappointing, especially considering the upscale pricing. The appetizer was probably the best part of the meal. The 6 oz filet was $43 and came out charred on the outside with virtually no seasoning or flavor. At that price point, I expect a properly cooked and seasoned steak. First timer here and I had a wonderful experience. We walk in, we were greeted with professionalism and smiles. They got us in and walked us to our table of our choice and once we sat down our waitress approached us and she was exquisite. The chicken fried steak was the absolute star of the table, perfectly golden, ultra-crispy, and tender.
