I went into get my cracked screen replaced. The man was very rude from the beginning he said come back in 20 minutes and that it would be finished. I come back 40 minutes later and he still hasnt finished fixing the phone. Then he opens the front camera and says that I broke my front camera and my camera was completely fine until he touched it. We stopped in to get a cell phone case for a Moto X around 8 pm, he had the case but it was $24.99. It was not even a great case, the kind you find on Amazon for $4 or ebay for $1. Mind you he was face timing someone the whole time we were there. Talk about bad customer service. We told him we were going to think about it and come back. 30 mins later we come back and he asks us "are you going to buy it or not I'm about to close". I tell him the mall closes at 9. Very disappointed - I Called to ask about having a phone repaired or buying parts- only to talk to someone I couldn't understand who rudely hung up on me within 7 seconds literally.

We bought a case for my sisters iPhone 6 Plus that was donated to her. The Apple Store said it was beyond repair so we tried to return the case. Which we just purchased 30 minutes ago. The clerk said "I'm sorry sir next time fix the phone then buy a case. It's my policy sir I'm terribly sorry and then proceeds to pat me on my shoulder" I strongly suggest not buying from this location. Terrible experience
