This office has recently hired new front-office staff and both attitude and efficiency has improved significantly. I called with a semi-emergency (broken tooth, no pain), and they were able to give me an appointment early the next morning. The staff is friendly, the equipment is modern and Dr. Cella is professional and very competent.
bad customer service, had work done severe pain 2 days later, called them back told them said i had to wait 2 weeks to get seen again for the pain, when i said i was in pain from the work that was done! they said that makes it no more important than any one else regardless if it was from previous work days earlier, i'l just have to wait.
