I took my Samsung phone by because the Bluetooth had stopped working. A quick inspection showed a lump on the side where the battery sits. They thought it needed a new battery. So they ordered it and when it came in I left the phone with them and went to Walmart for an hour. When I returned they said upon opening up the phone they discovered the Bluetooth antenna was kinked and when they straightened it out it worked fine. The guys that I worked with at the store or no doubt, Customer Service driven and sharp is attack when it comes to phone repair. There were plenty of items in stock and ready to be installed in a moments notice, which is not what I’ve seen other phone repair stores. They had plenty of protectors and all that other stuff. The problem was this place was expensive, but who is an expensive these days?

I bought my iPhone June of 2023, & have lived w/ it not ringing loud enough since then & even, witnessed it not ringing when someone is calling. Finally swung by Cell Surgeon on TN-153 in Hixson. (Southside)They are right next door to the UPS Store and are across from Aubrey’s Restaurant + Northgate Mall. (For ur safety I recommend driving *East* on 153, so u don’t have to cross the heavy traffic often at this location. Terrible experience in this place I brought my phone to change the screen and after 2 days it had no image. It turns out that they damaged the part where the screen is connected. I waited 4 days for them to deliver it to me. They charged me full price for the repair and the part. When they delivered it to me, the microphone no longer worked. When I went to repair it again, I waited 1 hour for them to tell me that they had not been able to repair it because it was the cable that is connected to the microphone. I've actually used these guys twice in the past week to clean off malware and adware from mother's phone and her friend's phone. Both phones were unusable due to the ads. They cleaned all that out in about 45 minutes, only cost about 40 bucks each. Mother was able to use the phone again for the first time in months. Better than buying her a new phone. Highly recommend these guys!!.
