Took my Iphone 7 to get fixed and they did and amazing job and great service! Amazing place and staff.
My phone was taken to replace the screen and had the tempered glass placed on July 20. The phone has been in an Otterbox case and has not been dropped, sat on, etc. The screen has cracked in a strange location (near camera) so I called thinking that there is a possibility of bad screens and you can tell the phone was not dropped. (The screen was replaced because it became loose not broken). He was not willing to help at all and rude which I told him I would be writing the review so I expect a lovely reply. Dropped off a daughter bag for college to be embroidered Thursday they told me we will have it done by noon on Friday I stated that it had to be done no later then 12:30 we where leaving town I go in at 2:45 on Friday as we are leaving to pick up bag it not done there response was its next no I'm sorry no nothing we do a decent amount of business with them and we get nothing a sorry or yes my butt kinda pissed me off
I love it there I drive from batesville just to buy cases n they have fixed phones for me
Said my battery on my phone was messed up after i went in thinking it was my charging port. then after she changed the battery for 45$ (that didn't last an hour and a half without dying) went back the next day with the same problem and they told me it would be 65 to fix. when it was there fault they changed the battery with that not being the problem. they just want your money, take it elsewhere! not professional at all.
Fast and friendly service! They fixed my iPhone 6 screen in 20 minutes.
