Do not use this place this place is ran by stuck up females who act like there better than you plus run false advertising says can fix any screen in 20 minutes for 20 bucks well no tgey got to order the screen for 40$ then 40$ installion fee there full of false advertising
They rip you off and have you pay some fee up front to order a screen never called me and it's been almost a month. When I called to talk to the owner he said they never ordered my screen! Don't waste your time or money!!!
I love this place! I’ve bought 4 phones from them for my husband and I. They’re always friendly and honest! I usually have to replace my screen once a year (user error) and it’s always reasonably priced, good quality and super fast. I Literally just dropped my phone face down and I didn’t stress at all because I know I can get it fixed super quick and reasonably tomorrow! See y’all in the morning! 😉 👋
The people they respond to the messages are VERY rude and does NOT know how to give proper customer service. I was told that it's common sense about information I knew nothing about, which was HIGHLY offensive. I'm not from the area and i know people in Jonesboro are rude, but these people showed a different type of rudeness. Even online!!
I sent an iPhone 6 with a busted screen off, they told me 3 different prices and finally settled on $135.00. They said it’d take 2-3 weeks to get it back. Every time I called to check on it, they kept pushing it farther back... next day, new week, next Monday after this one, etc. The lady that was sitting at the front desk was very rude. They finally gave it back today. Thankfully it works. For them to promote 40$ and 20 minutes is a HUGE LIE. I most likely won’t be back in this store. Nor will other friends of mine.
These are the nicest people, I have had several issues with my iPhone and they always took care of the problem!
Cell Phone Station has been wonderful to work with. I have used them several times for iPhone repairs, iPad repairs, and some embroidery work. I have been completely satisfied every time. They also fully stand by their warranty. I recommend them and will use them for any future needs.
