I've been going to the cell phone station for over 10 year's. Bought phone's from them, sold them a bunch of phone's over the years, bought otterboxes, screen protectors, had several phone's worked on. Have never had a bad experience there. Workers are super friendly, the only cell phone place I go to.
Would not sell me a part they had in stock for my iPhone. When I asked why they said they weren’t any good, they just put them in peoples phones if they break it.
I have already written a review, but I noticed that the person that manages the page has an excuse for every single bad review. you guys are just bad and don’t know what you’re doing. stop taking people’s money for your garbage service.
I have used Cell Phone Station several times for my phones, both children's phones and many of my friends have used them. Each time - 100% satisfied. Period.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took an iPad in to be fixed and he explained to me exactly what he would do and barely charged me anything. I always buy my phone covers there!!
I have a Motorola moto E4 plus. I turned in my phone in to get the SCREEN fixed.. 85 bucks later I have a working phone with a clean screen but my fingerprint sensor doesn't work anymore. I went to get it after they called and said that it was finished and they said that they had replaced the sensor too.. I didn't ask for that to be replaced, he said it came with it.. so I was okay until I started trying to unlock it with my finger. it didn't work. I couldn't remember if I've ever written a review, but I thought I would do so since I was seeing a lot of negative comments here. My husband and I both have been to Cell Phone Station, my husband cracked his screen at work and they fixed him up and it worked perfectly till he traded it in for a new one at. Verizon. I had been to them twice now, once when I dropped my old Note 5 and messed up the digitizer and now, just a few days ago to order a replacement screen, led and digitizer for my S8+.
