I came in 9/1 to get my iPhone screen fixed. They quoted me a decent price and I agreed. One hour later I pick up my phone only to find out the replacement screen was faulty. Had to drive back to establishment to get a SECOND replacement screen on. Annoying, but things happen. Get back home now to realize that between the time of leaving the store and home the Home button doesn’t work. Come back to the store more annoyed and wanting to get things resolved. I left my MacBook Pro there for over a week and they never even looked at it - paid $25 upfront for NOTHING! Do not take them anything for a real repair. He admitted they didn’t look at it and I paid for nothing - all he said was sorry.
Went in yesterday due to a speaker issue. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. My family has been using this company for years for cell phone repair, looks like I’ll be joining them. Thank you again!
i had a protective cover and a bumper case put on my Apple watch. They were very friendly and I was pleased with the result.
