Fast, Cheap, and great customer service...Great business.!!!
I came by their kiosk in the Provo Towne Center mall at noon and no one was there but they had a sign that said they wouldn't be back until 3pm! Dang, so I came back at 3:45pm to give them a buffer and the guy didn't actually get back until 4pm. Surprised that they would pay for mall real estate and not have someone there to man the booth.
This is a terrible choice to take your phone! It's been over a month and my screen is still not fixed. They took my money and come up with a new excuse why they haven't got my screen fixed every week. Worst place ever!
If I could I would give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Took forever to just fix my phone screen, then when they actually got around to it they didn't fix it right. Had to take it back and have them "fix it again". After the second time it was still broken. They ordered me a new screen due to "faulty parts" and that took longer than 2 weeks. Fixed our iPad and we are taking other phone there
Cracked my phone & brought it to the guys at re-cell, they replaced my screen and it looks amazing!! Fixed it in a timely matter and even let me pick a different color screen! I'll definitely be going back to them when my flavor preference changes.
This place is awesome. Great customer service! 100% recommend this place!
