I was very disappointed i went early in the day about 1130 on a Saturday not only was the food made poorly down to soggy tacos no crunch service was horrible had to pretty much get up and find my waiter evry time I needed anything down to a refill. No customer s either .I won't be coming back to this particluar celias.

Good mexican eats Warm friendly staff, good food and good atmosphere. This is the place for your mexican food needs. I recommend it highly.
Delicious dining This is my favorite Celia's location--precisely because of the homey, hole-in the wall kind of feeling you get. Although Celia's is located directly on El Camino, it's street presence isn't large enough to draw a crowd most of the time---and neither is its parking lot. It can be loud at times, but that depends on where you are relative to large groups. I gave it only 4 stars because parking can be a nightmare, but would have liked to give it 4 1/2!
Very disappointing. Dishes that were described as "Vegetarian" are actually made with lard and rice that is cooked in chicken broth! Undoubtedly many vegetarians have eaten here without inquiring about this. In addition, the service was mediocre, as was the food. There are several much better Mexican restaurants in town - try Isabella's around the corner on Park off California.
Happy Hour that is Bogus Hour – The sign said: "Happy Hour in the Bar"..bueno, I thought. We had margaritas and main courses. The Margaritas were good...the carne asada was cardboard. The chips were incredibly greasy. The surprise was on the check.....not really a Happy Hour...the drinks are all full price!...Evidently, there is a free appetizer only, and that wasn't offered to us. The "manager" said this is how it's been for 45 years.......ah, so that's why the ripoff is acceptable.....do yourself a favor and to elsewhere..... read more
