We had horrible service. Which is weird we normally get really good service. I think the waiter got nervous because we had a lot of ppl in our group.
Nice place. Margaritas are fantastic! Food is good. Was a bit busy so service was on the slow side.

All the Celias serve reliable decent Mexican meals. I've eaten at get San Rafael and Antioch ones for years. Very good fajitas but the other stuff is a bit bland. Yummy chips and salsa and order a Moco Loco their signature drink ! Awesome staff just ready for them to spice it up a bit:)
i dont live in cali so this is my review of celias
Food and service is always great. No air conditioning or if they did have it on it was way to low. Everyone was too hot.
