Celia's in Antioch is my favorite restaurant for delicious, piping hot, and well proportioned plates. The drinks a worthy. Service is good too! This is a restaurant I choose go to to feel like a night off and worth every penny!
Last few to pines we've been there it hasn't been very good. They have great salsa. It's too dark in there. SOME of the waiters are lazy. We have not been back.
