5 stars should be reserved for O.G. places like this one. Being greeted by the proud and informative manager, Phil, on the way in, our party of twelve easily sat down without a wait. Immediately, with all the decor and pictures of celebrities and Celia on the wall, I recognized this place as every meaning of the label "bay area legacy". I had the pollo con crema and only moments after having the best chips and salsa I've had in weeks. I'm very impressed with the service and quality of the food. I stopped going there for several years, it had gone down hill. Great to see they're back, even the manager was helping bring food to the tabled. Hopefully they can keep it up.
