Shockingly rude? Carrie’s tone on a phone call was really disappointing. She confirmed my appointment twice, encouraged me to purchase a non-refundable voucher, and then informed me she had messed up the timing and could no longer fit me in (before I moved out of the city, making my voucher void). I had one of the best facials since leaving my home country with Carrie, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is truly a holistic cosmetician in every sense of the word — knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I bought my mom a microcurrent facial here for Mother's Day and have, truly, only seen her as happy as she was that day a handful of times! My mom really struggles to set aside time for self-care and gets uncomfortable treating herself sometimes, and Carrie made her unbelievably comfortable and feel pampered and special in an environment that is sometimes uncomfortable for her otherwise. This was weeks ago and she STILL can't stop raving!!! I would recommend to anyone and I'm so excited to go to her myself!
As a nearly 60-year-old man, some spas are just over the top and intimidating for me. Carrie welcomed me, made me comfortable. She is very easy to get along with, kind, and unpretentious. Her spa is perfectly equipped for a private, calming, and enjoyable experience. My Microcurrent Facial with Oxygen was exactly what I was hoping for, and wow, such a difference. My face looks refreshed and feels great. I will definitely return to try some of Carrie's other treatments.
Carrie is the best! I can't thank her enough for the amazing facial I just got. I really needed some self-care and this fit the bill. My skin feels so smooth, and I look like I'm glowing.
