The best of the best in Cincinnati. The dining experience as well as the Alfred Endure Beasley Paris jAZZ Trio can't be found anywhere in Cincinnati.
Great food, and even better staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant was one out of a story book; wooden trim, candlelit tables, and what I would say one of the best views of Cincinnati. As far as food, I highly recommend the New York strip as an entrée. The steak was cooked just right, with sautéed mushrooms as a topper. Also as a side note on service, Tom (I believe was his name) was probably the nicest server I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. From his promptness to his recommendations, his service was more than great.
Not good. Ate there 2-15-15 at 4pm. Filthy windows with sun shining through, ripped carpet we tripped over, water spots on silverware and glasses. Out of Jameson and Chivas Regal, which we ordered. Also out of the wine we ordered, told they would give us better bottle for same $. Steaks good, mash potaoes dried and dull, mushy asparagus. Sat and finished wine after we paid bill, while getting up to leave, waiter informed us he forgot to charge for wine. We paid it and did not receive the discount he told us. Nightmare at the Celestial! The service was horrible the waiter acted as though he did want to be bothered just ruined the evening will never go back!
The customer service was horrible and there was not a manager available to address the poor customer service.
