Super encantado
Arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment. Waited until 9:30, was never called. Had to use the restroom from waiting so long. When in the restroom, my name was called. Didn't hear it. Employee never tried to call me again, so I went up to her asking whyI had not been called. Her name was Rose. She was very rude, accusatory and condescending.
