Over the last two years I have spent several thousand dollars with the company. I honestly don't know why I continued to come back because everything that is mentioned in the two other posts happened to me and more. Last year when I was fitted for a cap it took three attempts for them to get not only the size put the color right. Each time I came back to see if it was done correctly I ended up waiting a minimum 1 hour past my scheduled appointment time . I had a bad experience. Rude front desk person demanded payment from me right away. When I told her they have to bill my insurance first and than I will pay my part, she told me she knows how much insurance will pay and she needs my part today paid in full. Will not recommend to anyone. Stay away..
Beware of this place. They have a predatory billing practice. Don't trust any verbal communication from them. Always double check the claims in the insurance statements. They will bill you and the insurance company for the services and procedure they never did. This is an unethical business place. Stay away!!!
