Had an appointment. Waited over 1/2 an hour and finally put in a pedicure chair. Waited another 15 min, still no water or nail tech. Finally walked out because I had to be somewhere else. It’s a shame because this has always been where I go for mani/pedi. Never again.

I just moved to this area and was looking for a salon , the lady upfront was the most rude person . I asked if she takes walk in she said yes but immediately told me they are busy , there was only 2 customers, I asked what time they can service me, she said at 2pm but on her way for her to reserve I have to pay 50% in advance , I said it’s the first time I hear that and she said very un polite THATS how we work here so if you don’t like , so I asked is she speaks Spanish ( I am latina ) and I explained that I want to reserve... read more

Hello, I wanted to get my nails done for thanksgiving. I had a horrible experience. Let me explain, I asked for brown and white French tips with an almond shape and a nude base. Plus a simple line design. The ladies wouldn't even look at my picture. I was getting service from the manager at first and she put the nails half on and damaged my cuticles with the drill.
