BE AWARE! We closed on our house two years ago. Since then the backyard has subsided on two sides of the house. Celebrity came and sort of fixed it the first time. It's since subsided again. This week, after the all the rain, this is the state of our deck. It's become virtually unsafe. The area around it has subsided at least 12 inches (pic attached).
