Excellent! The property managers are so nice. They are knowledgeable and were very through. I have applied at other management companies and this company is byfar the best. The application process was flawless. Maintenance is on point. Thank you CRG!!

Debi Meyer has been the MOST helpful leasing agent I have ever come across. She’s kind, attentive, and is always quick to respond. She really has the tenants best interest at heart and I found my favorite spot in Celebration all thanks to her!

I attempted to contact on them multiple platforms regarding a newly listed rental, I even called and spoke with someone, they took down my name and number and no one returned my call. Two weeks later, no response. If your an owner, do not use this company. If they can't respond to someone wanting to apply, then how can they be trusted todo anything else.

I called to rent a property, the "manager" was not interested at all in talking to me, very rude and not helpful. Don't waste your time with this low level business!!
