No los recomiendo , me rompieron el Cristal de mis lentes y tampoco se hizo responsable la muchacha . Solo me dijo que podia esperar al seguro y volver a comprarlos . No fue justo ya que fueron unos chanel y ella me rompio el Cristal y solo los lleve para que los ajustaran y me dijo que los espejuelos estaban ya rotos cuando no era cierto . Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar.

I have been doing business here for 10 years and trust the doctor and staff implicitly. They notify me when it is time for my annual check up and always do a complete exam. They never recommend something I do not need.

The doctor is wonderful, but she cannot make up for the horrible service provided by most of the office staff. I have yet to receive one return call from the many voice mail messages left for the optical department. And this is over the course of one year and several issues, not one isolated incident. Frames and lenses take 5+ weeks (the "lab" is always to blame) and eye exams, as others have noted here and on other review sites, take 2-3 hours. I would highly recommend that you go to a different eye care provider. The doctor, Ms Grande, is unprofessional, does not appear to be trustworthy, and quite frankly either had a bad day or is outright unqualified to fit contacts. I have been a contact wearer for 25 years and choose this optician only because my ophthalmologist was out of network with my new insurance carrier. Poor customer service, very rude staff, very long wait time – I've never had such a terrible experience at a doctor's office. It is apparently the norm for a regular eye exam appointment to take 2-3 hours. You are first rudely greeted by the office staff, if at all. You then sit in the tiny waiting room with 6 other patients waiting to see the doctor (all with appointments as well) and complete paperwork. Wait for way too long – The Exam took several hours, including an extra hour waiting for the optician to do her thing to order your glasses. I then waited for a month for the glasses to come in. Then it took several attempts over the next three weeks to just make an appointment with their no-personality desk staff. The appointment was finally set for ten a.m., no one waiting, optician did not decide to arrive until 10:45, handed me my glasses, never fit them, and showed no personality and did not apologize for the delay. Terrible Experience – The only good thing about this place is that they handle insurance claims in house and the exam was very thorough. However, what is normally a 45 minute exam took more than three hours here. Add an hour to your appointment time to figure out when you will actually be seen. The test lenses given to me were the wrong prescription and I had to continually come back to the waiting room, while the doctor answered personal calls and the assistants stood around. I would not recommend this place at all.
