I have been a loyal patient at Celebration Dental for over 20 years. The clinical care, hygienist and doctors here are great. However, the front end office and scheduling have gotten worse and worse they never pick up the phone and they don’t return voicemails especially the one Mallory Circle office. It is incredible frustrating to feel ignored by an office that we have trusted for two decades. Doctors and hygienists are great but administrative site needs serious Improvement.
Just a routine cleaning yesterday and today all my teeth and gums are aching. The intensity of the cleaning was more for speed than my comfort.
