I agree with the complaint filed by ****** *. This business does not care about their patients nor do they show any respect. I don't think that the blame goes directly to the employees though, I believe the blame goes to management. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager Mr. ********* for over two weeks now and he still has not returned my phone call. I was misled until my final visits concerning my implants. During my previous implant, I had the complete implant procedure done by this one doctor and was led to believe that the same process would be followed for my latest procedure. But, on the last day of my visit I was told that I would have to have another dentist to complete the procedure. Explains procedures and addresses all patient's needs. Skillful, gentle, genuine, kind, and caring. Office staff professional, friendly, attentive and supportive during procedure.

The lack of respect, consideration and empathy for their patients is so big that's ridiculous. My wife had made an appointment for me while she was there with me on the phone since I know it is practically impossible to talk to the scheduling staff no matter how many times you call and I was in pain, 8 am was the given appointment on Friday 09/16/2022, I got there and was told my appointment was at 11:30 am, no communication to reschedule or anything, a total waste of time even when I had clearly told them I was in a lot of ... read more

Stay away. Thieves, liars, and crooks. Took me money, said they'd issue a claim to my insurance company so I would be reimbursed, and here it is three weeks later and my voicemails have NOT been returned, nor have my emails been responded to.

The dentists and the hygienists are very good but unfortunately the administration of this clinic has never being good. Whatever problem you have, if they over charge you or make a mistake will be almost impossible to fix. They are rude, inept and act in bad will and with hostility. Stay away from there if you want to stay in peace.

Dr Altman is fantastic! I’m so lucky to have found him and I highly recommend him to others. I could never had had all the work done that I did without him taking the time to help me with my anxieties. Thank you so much Dr Altman!

As a current patient it’s very hard to get someone to return your calls. You leave numerous voicemails and no one returns your calls. Very inconvenient when you have to drive into the office for an appointment change or question regarding your appointment that could’ve been done over the phone. This stems from lack of management because it’s not a recent problem. It’s been ongoing and complaints go ignored.
