The dental assistants and other staff were very professional and courteous, but Dr. Mitchell, the dentist, was rude and arrogant and should be fired from the organization. Even the staff complains about working with him. I fired him from working with me, but found a new dentist at the same office who was very good even though Dr. Mitchell told me to go somewhere else if I was unhappy. He did not offer for me to see one of the other dentists there.
