RecommendedCustomer service is good. Would like for employee communication to be more thorough so that customers are not waiting without knowledge of following care. Had I not called to enquirer about my next step in care to fine out that it was not prior authorization from insurance but wait to see another doctor before authorization would be sent out I would still be between appointments and service so I’m glad I call to see what was taking to long to hear back.
