If I could give zero stars I would. I'm an Active Duty Officer who was referred to the office while on TDY. Dr. Mitchell came into the exam room, did not identify himself nor greet me, and spoke to me in a very rude manner concerning my referral to his office for care. After going back and forth with him about how Tricare Active Duty works he stated that he would only "take a look" as he did not know how the process works.
