I want to give huge thank you to Donald for being fast, efficient, and professional. He came to fix my ac unit I was having some issues with and now my apartment feels like Alaska! And I also want to give a thank you to the Celano apartments and McKinley for being timely with maintenance requests and wasting no time coming to the aid of their tenants.

DO NOT RENT FROM ANY COMPLEX OWNED BY MCKINLEY!!!!! if you like living with bugs and mold then celano is for you. bugs are everywhere. in the shower, the fridge, the bedroom and closet. the amount of times i’ve woken up in the middle of the night due to a bug crawling on me is ridiculous. mold is on the bathroom walls and in the closet as well. pest control basically doesn’t exist. the only time they come is when you tell the office over and over and over again and when they do come they spray in one spot and leave. and forg... read more
Renovated apartments look nice enough, but if you live at this place long enough, you'll see all the horrifying cracks. Plumbing leaks that last for years without being fixed, despite numerous maintenance requests. Appliances in extremely poor condition, that are merely bandaided when you make maintenance requests (my fridge hasn't sealed properly the entire time I've been here, and my washer/dryer is rattling itself to death every time I turn it on, both have been reported).
