We have lived here for 7years and the last year we have been infestation of roaches the owners don't seam to care about anything other then the rent 1500 a month all year been asking for help with the infestation and they don't seam to care people are moving out 30 in the last month its a real problem they won't fix help us please
The physical location is great. It is right near all the action orlando has to offer and close to i4. The building is what you expect from cooperate landlords. All repairs are done to the absolute lowest budget. The in unit washer/dryer combo is pointless, when it's not broken, the dryer leaves cloths damp. Donald came and fixed my AC unit that was giving my many problems. After he did whatever he did it has been working extremely well. Beyond that he noticed an issue I was have with my front door and without question he immediately fixed it. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you Donald for you hard work.
I want to give huge thank you to Donald for being fast, efficient, and professional. He came to fix my ac unit I was having some issues with and now my apartment feels like Alaska! And I also want to give a thank you to the Celano apartments and McKinley for being timely with maintenance requests and wasting no time coming to the aid of their tenants.
