Lived here 1 years and 2 months. Terrible building. Dog pee everywhere. Elevators always out of service. People smoke cigarettes in their units my daughter ended up getting asthma and now had an inhaler.
Today at the Celadon apartments on the 13th floor Nobody was there but myself and the maintenance man,,,, or shall I say the heavy set maintenance man He's new,,, He was doing the trash rooms I was coming out of my place,,,, I dropped $20 turned around to get it He was getting on the elevator I told him hold up he kept going,,, He took my money and that's a fact'' Let me also state the fact that I never had a problem with any maintenance man Oscar is a damn good person. Before I moved out I gave a thirty day written notice and since I had already paid the rent I was told I would get my prorated rent returned to me with my deposit. They never gave me my money. I have sent two letters and called the office but will not respond. I am 72 years old and need my money. I was a good tenant and what they are doing is not only illegal but immoral.i don’t advise anyone to move in. There are bedbugs and roaches as well.
The building is not taken care of. Trash left to pile up outside resident windows. Residents sit downstairs smoking and blasting music on the street. Homeless constantly trying to break in go see the "family" that live there.
