10 years and counting. We love this place and Haven Rental is who we go through. They take really good care of us.
Nice room that's been updated at some point. We, the public, have used it alot. Cool air! It's a place to lay your head. Mattress needed replacement. I could feel the box springs as soon as I laid down; but I am a big guy. Elevators were an ongoing, aggravating issue all week. Nothing a little tlc couldn't help. Managing group was easy to communicate with by email and phone and the on campus staff were nice.
Very disappointing stay. We paid for a property advertised for 6 guests, but the sleeping arrangements did not match our expectations. It was not worth the price we paid, and we left feeling disappointed.
Management sucks!!!!!!!
