Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Yes, they respected my views and opinions Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
