First off, my husband and I went to Dr. Poku's office for him to get a general physical. He didn't have insurance at the time. When the physical was over and all services were rendered, including blood work, the doctor presented a bill to us, that included the price of the lab work (Quest). I visited this office for immigration related paper work and paid all fees upfront, and since then a lab is sending me bills saying it's me that doctors office show as the one responsible for paying it. The issue is not resolved despite many phone calls over a month's period. The doctor's office is not taking this case seriously and they have not even apologised for putting me in this situation.
