I had a maintenance contract with this company for a year. They came to do the maintenance end of January. The AC is not cooling. I asked the company that installed the unit to come and check it as I thought it was a warranty issue. Do Not Trust, please avoid..my family was scammed by this place. Was promised a refund for a job that could not be eventually done waited months till he gave us an answer that it could not be done. Now he is avoiding calls and emails in giving us our Refund back.

Was scammed not only once but almost twice by this business. Technician performed a "repair" with absolutely no communication to me about how much repair would be before performing the service. I explained this to the owner over the phone and all he said was "we are busy so we didn't call". I let it go as the AC was "fixed" and my tenant was happy. Next day the AC stops working again.
