Monarch Investments and Management Group owes me my "holding fee" back for an apartment I did not move into. I have been following up since July, it is now September, to get my money back. At this point, you owe me interest, Monarch! Each contact says they "will get back to me." This company has zero customer service. Seriously consider the negative reviews. Monarch mid-management said that I would be in "legal peril" if I kept leaving bad reviews about Seasons on Chelsea near Cincinnati; it was the response to me when disputing move-out charges. Two maint techs left in the year that we lived here & they were constantly short staffed in maint. When maint did repairs, they were rarely finished the first time (even when it was simple request).
