I do not recommend anyone to rent here. They are over rated, the prices are ridiculous, especially for a one bedroom and they also lie about not receiving any emails, miss calls and also voice-mails too. They are horrible at answering calls, returning calls and they make up lies to get what they can out of your deposit. They blamed that my dog ruined the carpet which he did not. RecommendedMy husband and I will be going on our 4th year living at Kensington and love it! The staff is always friendly and willing to help out if there is a problem. I would highly recommend choosing these apartments!
I wasn't planning on posting anything today but due to my circumstances I have to. Please do not move into Sienna Square Apartments or any apartments that are managed by Gene B Glick properties. I have been has issues with the AC since last year. It has reach 87 degrees and I do not have a window unit. I have asked for one and it has yet to be provided. Call the lease office on March 30th to let them that my new dryer that I purchase this month that was dknowelivered on Friday March 27th the delivery guy came set it up push start on washer and dryer everything was working when they left Friday night wash clothes notice the dryer has stopped. I would not want my worst enemy to live in that dump! it looks like a dumping ground inside the complex just NASTY I visited my elderly friend in building B and the cigarette butts are utterly ridiculous. it looks like MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED apparently their only concern about just in front of the office! something needs to be done about the upkeep of these once beautiful apartments. So sad ☹
