I lived here 15 years ago. Loved it then. Moved out of state. Now I'm back. It's better than before.
Candice Petro is very attentive and will usually always respond. Example: When water was leaking from the washroom she immediately responded to my text and maintenance was on the way and it was fixed the next day when I went to work! Glad to have her as my manager
I have lived here for about a month. Overall impressions are this is a great place to live. The front office was exceptional through the whole pre-move in and post-move in process. The property is clean and quite. The building is quite and peaceful and everyone kind of does their own thing. The unit itself was very clean and in top shape upon move in. I love my apartment here at Cedarwood estates and will be sad to leave after almost 4 years but happy to be a new homeowner! The property manager, Candiss, made everything easy from the time of move in to ending my time here in the next 4 days! Always nice and professional! The apartment is roomy yet cozy.
