Lived here from 2021 to 2025. Place looks fine on the surface—pet friendly for heavy dogs, don’t need a car if you choose to walk or bike everywhere, close to stores and schools, That part’s fine. Now, the rest? A mess. Paid for parking the entire time and people still parked in my spot or blocked me in like it was free-for-all. Management? Useless. Very bad apartment. Management, especially Mike, is uneducated, rude, and racist. We filed a complaint against him, and if his boss does nothing, we will sue this place. The area is littered with trash, and many drug addicts live there. Every day, several cars break in happens. Not suitable for families.
They charge residents 3,000 and more after move out when only rented for 6 months.
One of the worst place we have ever lived in Oregon. Management is racist and crook. When we left manager charged us for the for things didn’t even happened. I am glad I took videos of the Appartment before we handover the keys.
