One of the worst place we have ever lived in Oregon. Management is racist and crook. When we left manager charged us for the for things didn’t even happened. I am glad I took videos of the Appartment before we handover the keys.
It was a pleasure working with the manager Mike and as always, Dylan as well.
Not a good experience. Massive potholes galore, crooked bumps, and parking spots with multiple sets of curbs that WILL ruin your car. The ghetto on the next street over blasts mexican music 6pm-11pm every day SO loud it can be heard across the entire complex, you can even hear it in the SHOWER. Walls are paper thin, your can hear every conversation your neighbors are having both up, down, and sideways.
