Most amazingly efficient urgent care visit ever! Arrived at 540, saw the doctor, got a tetanus shot, X-ray and done by 620. Staff was friendly and professional.
would give them 000 stars!!! They way the treated my son ! Front desk girl ALMA! Yes ALMA! My son who is 5 years old, fell from chair and hurt his elbow. Since it was late night, i called them 7:30 pm asked them if we can go there without appointment since it was emergency, lady told over the phone if we can be there by 8 pm, they can see us. Comically terrible experience. PSA: do not come here if you need imaging ordered or a referral for anything — they will not be able to help you. I never come to urgent care, but I had a sudden onset of terrible lower back pain and sciatica, and my PCP (also Cedars) didn’t have an appointment until Feb 2027 🤦♀ I came hoping to have someone perform a physical exam and order physical therapy and/or an MRI to see what was going on.
