This place has the best staff and nicest nurses, I am always greater with a smile and get the care I need.
I went to urgent care twice this week, with appointments each time and after hours of waiting, both times…I gave up. I guess they gave all the doctors this 4th of July week off and didn’t bother to tell anyone wanting to see a doctor there. Why have an appointment system if it doesn’t matter? Is this the way it is now? I hear cedars is sitting on billions of $$. I guess the CEO gets his huge salary while we suffer. I bet he’s on vacation this week too.
Worst emergency experience I’ve ever had at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills . We were at ER with my mom from 10 PM until 1 AM, and many patients were waiting 3–4 hours just to be seen. It was obvious they were severely understaffed and dealing with a shortage of doctors and healthcare workers. People who looked genuinely sick were left sitting in the waiting room for hours. June 2026. Dr. Tran is excellent. He listens very carefully and is thorough with examination. Update May 2026. Ezequiel and Carlos (Eddie) were courteous and proficient. Pat Parks is an outstanding practitioner. She is courteous, caring, and very skilled. She diagnosed the problem immediately and ensured that all the correct steps were taken for me to get the proper treatment.
