Came in to get a painful lump checked had a scheduled appointment at 1pm showed up 15 minutes early filled out paperwork and was made to wait 30 minutes past my priority appointment and then told the doctor couldn’t see me till 2:30 absolutely terrible care so I am now left going to the emergency room because of their negligence and priorities of people who walk in who are clearly not suffering clearly Agist and Sexist torwards younger males.

Update May 2026. Zackary and Carlos (Eddie) were courteous and proficient. Pat Parks is an outstanding practitioner. She is courteous, caring, and very skilled. She diagnosed the problem immediately and ensured that all the correct steps were taken for me to get the proper treatment. Terrible experience—this urgent care has declined significantly. The medical stuff had an attitude and made it seem as though they were doing patients a favor rather than providing care. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and, more concerning, the apparent lack of knowledge and competence. I did not feel confident in the care provided and would not recommend this location.
