The wait is interminable. If you are quite sick you will still sit for hours. No one is unkind, but the process is really not urgent care. Sitting and sitting after 2 hours, the doctor comes in, listens to my lungs, and races out like a rocket. More waiting. Chest xray. No one says anything, no results, no communication so I told the receptionist I was leaving. There is no way if the staff is determining the urgency and someone very ill can wait for hours, and be seen for 30 seconds. There has to be a better way. Supposedly ... read more
The quality of care has always been there I need to go to urgent care thankfully they open late
The people who work in the front desk are so rude. All 3females need to be retrain. Scarying patients away by saying it's a long wait. As patients we all need to wait regardless. Never ask how long!
Took my father here expecting the best treatment. We got into a room and it’s been over 12 hours and not one Dr step foot to see him clinically. I’m close to pulling my father out and going elsewhere. He has CHF and is in critical condition. Not one Dr step inside his room to evaluate him. The nurses have called the Doctors numerous time to at least come in and speak with us to give us an update, and NOTHING… The nurses have been great and that’s it. Horrible wait time even when I had emergency….waited for 1 and half hour…after driving 45 mins….. left without any treatment…. Driving back another 45 mins
