Daughter had septoplasty + bilateral turbinate reduction + nasal valve stenosis repair. Forgot to give us discharge instructions. No prescription for pain meds, but told she should take them for 3 days. Brutal surgery. No on call doctor responding. Where is the patient care?
Trash. Dr David I. Forced me to stay longer than my 72 hour hold. Forced me to shower while a pretty nurse's aid watched. Then tried to get me to take a med im allergic to. This man should be ashamed of himself, won't be, but should. The rest of the staff was great, but this man brings the whole house down.
The.lstest. I needed migraine medication which I have taken in last few years. I called Thursday, had been in Monday to see NP. I was told I couldnt have "new" medication without a visit, and there was no appointment open for 17 days. I was just in. I said if it gets worse, I will have to call 911 and go to the Hospital. How is this reasonable. I can't get medication seen just a few days ago and I can't get appointment ror 2 weeks. And I am too sick to go anywhere. I am thinking Cedar Sinai medical group are BAD. Great doctors, interminable bureaucracy if you have managed care with them. Love Dr. Dan Stone. It's the over-arching medical group that's a huge PITA to deal with.
I was here at the Imaging Center on the first floor. Excellent service was seen on time and was taken care of and a wonderful manner.
