The.lstest. I needed migraine medication which I have taken in last few years. I called Thursday, had been in Monday to see NP. I was told I couldnt have "new" medication without a visit, and there was no appointment open for 17 days. I was just in. I said if it gets worse, I will have to call 911 and go to the Hospital. Great doctors, interminable bureaucracy if you have managed care with them. Love Dr. Dan Stone. It's the over-arching medical group that's a huge PITA to deal with.
I was here at the Imaging Center on the first floor. Excellent service was seen on time and was taken care of and a wonderful manner.
Outpatient center's staff and nurses are very unfriendly and rude. Never coming back for any of their services. It's expensive here regardless, but they could at the very least TRY their best to show professionalism and empathy to their patients.
