Horrible. Some nurses have bad attitudes towards family members. I wouldn't recommend this place. They make it more stressful than it already is. Not tentative at all in ICU.

There are medical staffs walk around with AI glasses which might record audio or video of you. They may not care your privacy or they are ignoring of it.

I call it Cedars-Sinai Mortuaries. Years ago, this hospital had a reputation for excellence. That reputation no longer reflects reality. In my view, it has traded patient-centered care for the priorities of large pharmaceutical interests. At the height of COVID-19, outcomes for many hospitalized patients were devastating. The nurses and the doctor is great. They constantly check up on you to see how you are doing. Friendly and caring! The place is clean, and neat. The food is also great, I can tell why it is one of the top hospitals in the United States.
