I love the LGBT center as a whole. The front desk team, the medical assistants, and the nurses are all incredibly sincere and amazing at what they do. They genuinely brightened my mood after a rough day. However, my experience with Dr. Jothikumar has been deeply uncomfortable. Finding a trans doctor for gender-affirming care felt like a win, but she completely lacks professional boundaries. The WORST incompetent, irresponsible, non-responsive staff I have ever encountered. I am reporting this office to the California Medical Board for malpractice. Call Center operators who leave call back numbers to disconnected phones, send you on scavenger hunts, 72+ hour turnaround in emergencies. THE ABSOLUTE WORST RUN MEDICAL FACILITY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
