The staff is extremely helpful and prompt. I had put in a request to get the dishwasher repaired recently, and it was replaced within 2 days. Mike and the entire staff take great effort in making their tenants feel at home. Thanks again!! - and definitely recommend👍
I am nearing my 2nd year at Cedars Lakeside and I am so happy here! The apartments are cute, the management is truly helpful and are more than willing to assist with package deliveries, know everyone by name and are responsive to any maintenance requests/concerns. It's a really quiet apartment building & I rarely hear anything happening - which is really appreciated. There is also ALWAYS parking for guests and residents, it has never been a problem. I truly love this place!
Going into my fourth year living at Cedars Lakeside and can honestly say my experience has been great: The remodel brought great appliances, lighting, flooring, and trim to the apartment; Any maintenance issues have been addressed swiftly; Cedars staff are always courteous and helpful; The grounds and building are maintained nicely; Residents are pleasant, and I have peace of mind with the secure building. Thank you to all who make my living experience a good one!
Management is awesome and they take pride in the property! All requests have been addressed immediately. They are more than accommodating!
Kudos to Mike M. who manages the property and works with professionalism, integrity, and a sense of urgency. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and tenants are given updates of timelines, results, next steps, etc. The grounds and common areas are maintained and any messes seem to be cleaned up quickly. A great place to live with friendly people, attentive management, and a quiet atmosphere.
