The grounds are very neat and tidy. The office staff were very polite and professional. They understood what my living needs were and showed me available units that would suit my needs. I would recommend this property as an amazing place to call home.
Went to this location to inquire about an apartment unit & the staff in the front office were very helpful with answering my questions and showing me my potential new apartment. Rachel was a pleasure and made me feel like i could ask any questions i had and made me feel like i was important. I’d recommend giving this location a chance just by stopping by for any curiosities or questions about the complex.
Have lived here for years with many management changes. Rachel and Raina do a great job to make sure things are getting done. They always keep you updated about repairs being done in the community. Keeps you informed about what buildings are being serviced by pest control. If I need something checked out it’s usually done that day or the next. Of course they are willing to help you out in anyway they can. The property gates have worked with very little downtime which is great. It’s a great community to be in.
Can’t beat the price for the location. Just started going back to college so I needed something close by. It’s so close to the freeway so there’s easy access to everything. The office staff is extremely nice and the manager Rachel went above and beyond to help me get everything squared away for my move in. They even have a home town hero package for veterans and first responders that made moving in even easier. Would definitely rent here again.
